Top celebrities in India: The Celebrity Ranking for the last week is out and Punjabi actor Shehnaaz Gill continues her dominance on the top spot while Tejasswi Prakash has regained the second spot. Comedian Bharti Singh has surprised everyone as she has gained the third spot.
