Shahid Kapoor has shared an image with his Kabir Singh co-star Kiara Advani
Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani’s chemistry is the stuff of legends. Need proof? All you have to do is look at the box office collection of their first collaboration – Kabir Singh. Now, the superhit on-screen couple will be treating their fans to a fun and frivolous conversation on everyone’s favourite celebrity chat show, Koffee With Karan. And, Shahid Kapoor had such a great time with Kiara on the show. How do we know, you ask? He shared an image with the actress and declared, “Koffee with Kiara… it’s a thing now…sorry, Karan Johar.” Replying to the post, Karan Johar said, “I love it. I hope she doesn’t take my job.” To this Kiara Advani said, “Karan Johar, no one can take your job.”

On Monday, Karan Johar released the promo video of the episode featuring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani and it promises to be one fun ride. The clip begins with Karan Johar’s rapid-fire question to Shahid about his “sexiest feature”. To this, the actor answers cheekily, “Not visible to camera right now.”
This is followed by Shahid Kapoor and Karan Johar teasing Kiara Advani about her rumoured relationship with Shershaah co-star Sidharth Malhotra. At one point in the video, Karan Johar asks Kiara, “Are you denying your relationship with Sidharth,” to which she says, “I’m neither denying nor accepting”. Karan quickly adds, “Are you close friends?” and Kiara confesses, “We are definitely close friends… more than close friends.”
Towards the end of the promo, Shahid Kapoor also hints at a big announcement from Kiara Advani. He says, “Be ready for a big announcement sometime around the end of the year… it’s not a movie.”
Karan Johar shared the promo with the caption, “This jodi has everyone’s hearts “preeti” melted with their on-screen presence, but on the koffee couch they were as candid as they get.
On the work front, Shahid Kapoor will be seen in a web series by Raj & DK, while Kiara Advani will star in Govinda Naam Mera with Vicky Kaushal.
