Former Pakistan fast bowler Shoaib Akhtar and his wife, Rubab Khan, have welcomed their third child on Friday (March 1).
The baby daughter is the couple’s third child and she has been named Nooreh Ali Akhtar.
Shoaib Akhtar is renowned for his cricketing prowess and holding the record for the fastest delivery in international cricket, shared this joyful news on his social media platforms, inviting blessings for his newborn.
The couple, who tied the knot in a private ceremony in 2014, are already parents to two sons, Mohammad Mikaeel Ali and Mohammad Mujaddid Ali.
The addition of Nooreh to the Akhtar family was announced with a heartfelt message from Shoaib Akhtar himself, stating the birth took place during Jumma prayers on March 1, 2024.
The significant date also falls on the 19th of Shaban, 1445 AH, according to the Islamic calendar. This marks a new chapter in the lives of Akhtar and Khan, who have been married since 2014 following their families’ meeting during Hajj in 2013.
