In the January 15 episode of Bigg Boss 16, Sajid Khan exited the show as his contract has ended. This left the Mandli crying inconsolably.
The January 15 episode of Bigg Boss 16 was rather unexpected. It saw Sajid Khan making an exit from the BB house as his contract had ended. In an earlier episode, even Abdu Rozik had exited the house. This left the ‘mandli’ in tears as they shared a good bond. Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, MC Stan, Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Shiv Thakare were in tears as Sajid walked out of BB 16. Bigg Boss even gave a long emotional speech to bid adieu to the filmmaker.
HIGHLIGHTS OF JANUARY 15 EPISODE OF BB 16:
1. The episode saw Bigg Boss under attack as some uninvited people in black outfits with their faces covered entered the house. They had guns in their hand. They quickly surrounded Sajid Khan leaving everyone wondering.
2. It was a special surprise by Bigg Boss for Sajid Khan as he was about to leave the show. BB put up his pictures in the garden area and talked about his struggle of staying locked in the house for four years before coming into the Bigg Boss 16 house. It was now time for him to make a film, hence it’s better he leaves the house. BB also said that Sajid is the first one to be respected and loved by each and every contestant, and that he is loved by all.
3. After that, it was announced that the filmmaker will be leaving the show now as his contract has ended. His close friends and mandli – Nimrit Ahulwalia, MC Stan and Sumbul Touqeer – cried inconsolably and asked him to not leave the show. In fact, every contestant got emotional seeing Sajid go.
4. Sajid Khan then thanked Bigg Boss for the kind words and the beautiful surprise. He was overwhelmed by the way he was honoured in the house. He also thanked all the contestants for supporting him. He revealed that he knew he had to leave.
5. After Sajid’s exit, Shiv said “Yaar apni mandali ka don chala gaya.” MC Stan said, “Mereko bahut ganda wala attachment ho gaya tha unse (I got very attached to him).”
6. Meanwhile, in another segment of the episode, BB hosted a cooking competition for the male contestants of the house. Shiv and Shalin Bhanot were the contendors. In the end, Tina, Archana and Priyanka declared Shiv to be the winner of the cooking competition.
