Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are expected to divide the profits from their Beverly Hills estate, which has been on the market for nearly six months, and is valued at $68 million. After months of separation, the former couple, who ended their marriage after only two years, recently finalized their divorce.

Lopez filed for divorce on June 26, the anniversary of their second anniversary. Although the divorce process was uncomplicated, the marital residence they acquired jointly remains unsold.

The marital mansion of J.Lo and Affleck is still awaiting a buyer.

The ultimate sale price of the former couple’s luxurious 38,000-square-foot mansion will be divided, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE. However, the precise amounts will remain confidential. Following Lopez and Affleck’s unsuccessful attempt to sell the mansion off-market, it was initially listed for sale in July 2024. The mansion boasts 12 bedrooms, 24 restrooms, and a variety of high-end amenities.

Despite its extravagant features, such as a guest penthouse, a 12-car garage, and an indoor sports complex, the estate, which the couple acquired for just over $60 million in May 2023, has been unable to attract a buyer. In early January 2025, the couple finalized their divorce with mutual respect and understanding. They are currently focused on concluding this chapter of their shared property voyage.

The timeline of J.Lo and Affleck’s relationship

In 2002, the couple encountered each other during the production of “Gigli.” Their on-screen romance rapidly transitioned into a real-life relationship. Ben proposed to Jennifer in 2002 with a pink diamond ring, and they were scheduled to marry in 2003. Nevertheless, their wedding was postponed as a result of the overwhelming media coverage, and they ultimately dissolved their engagement in 2004.

They rekindled their romance nearly two decades later. Their reunion caused a sensation in the entertainment industry and reignited interest in their relationship.

In July 2022, Jennifer and Ben were united in matrimony in Las Vegas. In August, they held a grander celebration at Ben’s Georgia estate, where they were joined by their family and friends. Jennifer filed for divorce from Ben in August 2024, citing irreconcilable differences.
