A massive fire breaks out at 21-storey building in Mumbai’s Malad, five fire tenders rushed to spot, no casualties reported so far.
Malad West: A massive fire broke out in a godown in Mumbai’s Malad West Sewri area on Saturday (December 3). Five fire engines reached the spot on receiving info and controlled the fire. Eight people have been reported injured and have been admitted to the nearest hospital for the required treatment. No casualties have been reported until now. The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) stated that the fire broke out in a closed room on the third floor of the 21-storey building near Jankalyan Nagar. The incident was reported at 11:04 am, and thee fire was extinguished at 11:15 am, the civic body stated.
According to the BMC, the incident was reported by the Mumbai Fire Brigade.
