Amit Mishra had said that he will have Afghani Chaap the whole week in case the Afghans manage to beat Pakistan in the Super Four of the Asia Cup.
Amit Mishra, former India international, has recently become quite famous on the internet for his witty replies on Twitter. Before Afghanistan’s match against Pakistan, the leg spinner put out a post on Twitter that he will have Afghani Chaap the whole week in case the Afghans manage to beat Pakistan in the Super Four of the Asia Cup.
With that not happening according to the plan, Pakistani actress and social activist Sehar Shinwari took note and tried to take a dig at the former cricketer. She quoted the tweet and asked Mishra to eat ‘cow dung’ instead as Afghanistan failed to beat the Men in Green.
Mishra didn’t take that well and sent a savage reply. He quoted Shinwari’s tweet and expressed that he doesn’t have any plans to come to Pakistan. Following that, Twitter has gone berserk as the netizens took a huge laugh on social media. Few of them even joined Mishra to take a dig and troll the actress.
The actress once again replied with “Why coming to Pakistan ? Is cow dung out of stock in India?” Now it remians to be seen how Mishra replies to her question. Meanwhile, the netizens have already shared their opinion about the same.
India ruled out of the Asia Cup following Afghanistan’s defeat
With Afghanistan’s defeat in the hands of Pakistan, India’s dream of qualifying for the finals of the Asia Cup is now over. Afghanistan gave their best to restrict Pakistan but two back-to-back sixes in the final over of the match took the game away from Afghanistan’s hand.
After getting knocked out of the tournament, India will now play against Afghanistan at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on 8th of September (Thursday). With zero wins in the Super Four, both the teams will be charged up to register their maiden win in the second round.
With no hope of qualifying for the finals, team India may chop and change some players as they are now eyeing for the T20 World Cup. On the other hand, Afghanistan is unlikely to make a change to their playing XI.
