But it’s not just this interview with The Nod, previously, too, the actor has emphasised eating fresh, home-cooked foods while practising portion control, along with regular workouts and good sleep. “Dinner by 6 pm, lights out by 9:30 pm, morning workouts before the world wakes up,” she said in another interview with the same magazine.
Khan’s playful response to the idea that she survives on quinoa and air is a great reminder that even celebrities need real, nourishing food to stay healthy and energetic. “Despite the myths, no one, including celebrities, can thrive on a restrictive diet,” said Kanikka Malhotra, consultant dietician and certified diabetes educator.
